80/20 Bronze strings for acoustic guitar are reknown for a deep bass response combined with a very clear and crisp high end. Phosfor Bronze Strings
My reference string for acoustic steel strings until now has been Martins SP, so it was these strings that the set from StringSite.com was up against.

The test happened on a Martin D35. It sounds good but it only sounds really good with the right strings on it. I believe I have tried the most of phosfor Bronze strings and until now it has been the Martin SP that has been my favorite. But compared to the strings from String Site they come up short.

However: It is not because the strings from "String Site" sounds better - because they don't. They just don't sound any worse and then the difference in price tag is too big to just don't care. A set of SP costs ca. 120 kr. and the strings from SS costs about 100 kr. less.
As mentioned with the nylon strings they sound good all over the spectrum and makes the guitar sound even. The Martin D35 model is made to add more middle to the sound and it can be hard to get a string that matches this without drowning the treble but these strings do very well. The sound is crystal clear with lots of harmonics so I practicaly fell in love with my guitar all over again even though I have had it for many years."
